Couch-to-5K Walk/Run Program

  • 6:30 p.m  3 days a week started Monday, July 12, 2010 Monday through Thursday you pick your day.
  • Get off the Couch and Walk with  Us.
  • A LiveSmart Challenge to get our community active.
  • A great way to fellowship wile we become Healthy-body, mind and spirit
